// Remote Medical Device Rep

There are too many situations, where a Medical Device Rep can not be available

There are too many situations, where a Medical Device Rep can not be available to attend in the OR, in person. The Remote Rep solves that issue.

Whether the distance is a challenge, or the weather, or scheduling, a Remote Rep can always be available to support surgeries.

The Remote Medical Device Rep monitors the Case, starting “Before” the surgery, “During” the Surgery and “After”.

BEFORE the Surgery: Remote reps offer insight to the Circulating Nurse and other Hospital / Surgical Center personnel ensureing the appropriate Tool Trays are sanitized and ready for the OR.

** Delayed Starts for Surgeries are often related to Equipment Not being Ready.

DURING Surgery: Remote reps monitor the progress of the case and offer the Scrub Tech advice on which Tray(s) are needed in the next few moments. Reps offer insight on which hardware is needed, based on what the Doctor is asking for or comments the Doctor is voicing.

AFTER Surgery: Reps assist the Scrub Tech and Circulating Nurse to record the hardware installed in the patient, and how to organize the Trays that have been disassembled during Surgery.
